The Haryana State Cooperative Housing Federation Ltd. Panchkula an apex Institution of Cooperative sector came into existence on 7^th June 1973. It has significant role in enabling the beneficiaries to construct houses by providing long term loans to the members, through Primary Cooperative House Building Societies/ Cooperative Group Housing Societies /Individuals on pledge of their properties for construction of residential houses. Since inception, Federation has provided loan to approximately 21000 beneficiaries.
