The Haryana State Cooperative Housing Federation Ltd. Panchkula an apex Institution of Cooperative sector came into existence on 7th June 1973. It has significant role in enabling the beneficiaries to construct houses by providing long term loans to the members, through Primary Cooperative House Building Societies/ Cooperative Group Housing Societies /Individuals on pledge of their properties for construction of residential houses. Since inception, Federation has provided loan to approximately 21000 beneficiaries.
